Call-Lab is a division of Enerlytics, a service-driven company focussing on Energy and Water Utility Management services. Enerlytics offers private companies and municipalities a platform to manage their consumers’ prepaid meter data and vending (purchasing of tokens via online banking and retailers).

Call-Lab was borne out the necessity to offer consumers a 24/7 Contact Center, to assist with queries related to their meters and/or vending.

Our flagship Call-Lab BPO service has evolved into a fully fledged Business Process Outsource solution, providing outbound and inbound services via its Omni-Channel Contact Centre Platform.

Clint’s knowledge of the industry is invaluable and his passion for delivering exceptional customer service, is what makes him tick.

Cheryl has 20 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and Operations Management across various industries. She holds Undergraduate and Post-Graduate qualifications in Psychology, Marketing and Business Management and is the Managing Director of Enerlytics. Her golden rule in life is to “Treat others the way you want to be treated”.

Wesley heads up Business Development and has over 20 years’ experience in Engineering and ICT, fulfilling roles as Technical Support, Implementation Specialist, Business Analyst, Service Delivery and Contract Manager. He holds Tertiary and Industry qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and Financial Management. Accused of suffering from “Analysis paralysis” – Wes’ attention to detail is key to the success of the business.
